Delta Red gave her a home, a chain of command she mostly ignores, and teammates who long ago learned to just let her handle it. The gameplan has never changed: Spiral Arrow in, Cannon Spike out, apologize to nobody. She also spent years dragging the rest of the Dolls out of Bison’s shadow, which is the sort of loyalty most fighters skip in favor of booking a rematch.
