By using the 3bitworld website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms.
Products
All products sold on 3bitworld are 3D-printed collectibles, model kits, and artisan keycaps. Product images are representative — minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to the nature of small-batch production. Each piece is uniquely yours.
Pricing
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice. Applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout.
Orders & Shipping
Ready to Ship items typically ship within 1–3 business days. Print on Demand items require additional processing time (typically 3 business days) as they are printed after your order is placed.
We ship within the United States and internationally. Free US shipping is available on orders over $35. US orders under $35 ship via USPS Ground Advantage at a calculated rate. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns on unused, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
If something arrives damaged or defective, contact us at hey@3bitworld.com and we will make it right — replacement, exchange, or refund.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.
Intellectual Property
Product designs, sculpts, and renders are the property of their original creators and are used under commercial license. 3bitworld does not claim ownership of third-party designs. All original site content, branding, and photography is the property of 3bitworld.
Limitation of Liability
3bitworld is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
